Dr Shukla is currently Science-Research Teacher at Memorial Middle School of Rockdale Board of Education in Rockdale County of the State of Georgia in United States.

She is Certified in Broad-field Science and Biology to teach 6 through 12 and also in Middle Grades Science.

She started her Teaching Career at Burney Harris Lyons Middle School in Clarke County School District in Athens, Georgia.
